If you need to extend your current Dusty Robotics contract term, our team can help quickly review your request and provide next steps.
When to Request a Contract Extension
You may want to request an extension if:
Your project timeline has shifted
You need additional time to complete deployment
Your team needs continued access to Dusty services beyond the current term
You want to extend support coverage or subscription services
Who to Contact
To request a contract extension, reach out to one of the following Dusty contacts:
1. Your Dusty Implementation Manager
If you are currently onboarding, deploying, or actively working through implementation, your Implementation Manager is often the fastest path to initiate the request.
They can help confirm your current contract timeline and coordinate internally with Sales and Operations.
2. Your Account Manager
If you are already live and using Dusty on-site, your Account Manager can assist with extension options and renewal planning.
3. Your Account Executive
If you are working directly with Sales or negotiating terms, your Account Executive can formally process and finalize the extension.
