Portal Bug Fixes
- The Portal supports publishing a .dusty file when only CSV point files are included, without requiring line style layers.
- A new maintenance page is shown to users when the Portal undergoes a software deployment to prevent customer data loss.
- Pop-up alert messages on Portal stay on the screen a bit longer—long enough to be read.
- Coordinates on the Floor Elevation heatmap in Portal are repositioned to avoid overlapping axis lines, improving readability.
- Fixed bug: The AutoCAD plugin no longer displays a false error message after successfully creating a level or layout.
For customers who use FieldPrinter 1, this release improves its reliability and accuracy, especially with control point naming, arc printing, and overall responsiveness. It applies to: iPad 1.5.11 and Robot 1.5.2.
FieldPrinter 1 Bug Fixes
- Control Point list reliability – Fixed issues on the Station tab where all points sometimes appeared with the same name or certain points were missing. The list now consistently shows the correct points.
- Arc optimization stability – Resolved faults related to arc optimization, reducing the chance of failures or disconnects.
- Accurate print time estimates – Fixed an issue where small arcs in the queue produced unrealistically long time estimates. Remaining print time estimates are now more realistic.
- Message handling stability – Eliminated a cause of iPad app crashes by preventing the robot from sending messages that are too large.
- Controller responsiveness – Eliminated lag when pressing the stop button on the joystick; commands now respond immediately.
