This article explains how to safely power off the FieldPrinter after completing a print or when shutting down for transport or storage. Proper shutdown helps prevent data loss, protects hardware, and ensures the system is ready for the next use.

How to Power Off the FieldPrinter

1. Finish or stop any active print from the Dusty App.
2. Confirm the robot is idle, on a flat horizontal surface, and not moving.
3. Hold the power button 1–2 seconds. Wait for the blue light to stop blinking.
4. Confirm the FieldPrinter is fully powered off before moving or storing.
