Order more ink for your FieldPrinter from the Dusty Ink Shop at shop.dustyrobotics.com. You can also open the shop from the Dusty Portal. Ink must come from the Ink Shop. Don't buy cartridges from a third party, even if the same cartridge is listed elsewhere.
Open the Ink Shop
Option 1: Go directly to the shop. Go to shop.dustyrobotics.com.
Option 2: Open the shop from the Dusty Portal.
- Sign in to the Dusty Portal.
- Select your name at the top right, then select Resources.
- Find the Ink Order section and select the "Go to Shopify" link.
Place your order
- Enter the shop password when asked. The password is shown on the Order Additional Ink card in the Dusty Portal (select your name, then Resources, then Ink Order). Keep it within your team.
- Select the ink type and enter the number of cartridges you need to your cart.
- At checkout, enter your email, name, company, and delivery address. Choose a shipping method, then select Complete order.
What to expect after you order
Orders usually arrive 3 to 5 business days after you place them, shipped by ground shipping.
Delivery of solvent-based ink needs a signature. It ships as a dangerous-goods shipment, and the carrier requires someone to sign for it. Make sure someone will be on site to receive it.
